Fraud Forum Event – Data Protection in Hungary. What you should know and why?

PricewaterhouseCoopers Hungary (PwC) organizes a Fraud Forum meeting on 27 October 2011 (9:00 – 11:00 CET) which will focus on the employment related aspects of the new Hungarian data protection legislation that is scheduled to enter into force by 1 January 2012.

The event will be held in Hungarian and its subject is “Fraud Forum –Data Protection in Hungary. What you should know and why?

PwC invited experts with several years of experience in the subject area to take part in the panel discussion, including Ádám Liber (attorney at law), the co-editor of DataPrivacy.hu

The panel discussion will cover the following topics:

  • How Data Protection links to investigation?
  • Can employers read employees’ e-mails?
  • Who protects the employees? What can employers do?
  • What changes in January 2012?
